Thad has been in ministry since the mid 1990s. He was called to preach late in life and has been the pastor of Harmony UMC in Concord since 2012. Before that he managed The Christian Supply Shoppe in Kannapolis for 18 years with his wife and family.

He joined Opportunity House in October of 2018 as Director. His passions are loving God, prayer and helping to heal the causes and symptoms of homelessness. He has been married for 35 years to his wife Kristi and they have three children: Noland-32, Gretchen-28 and Emma-16.
