Faith Community Nurse

The Faith Community Nurse is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am - 2 pm to our guests for assistance with referrals to community resources. Referrals may include:

• Physical Health

• Mental Health

• Substance use treatment and counseling

• Employment

• Education

• Housing

• Veteran Services
